Redesigned the email notification feature to support new routing logic, reducing notification spam and enabling smoother service handoffs through fallback mailboxes.
Enhanced the UI for account configuration to better reflect the real workflow, simplifying the process and tailoring data fields to 3 different integrated data sources.
Established a feedback framework across the product, introducing early validation and preventive UI patterns to reduce failed submissions and improve error prevention.
Created UX writing guidelines and reusable error message templates, standardizing how system messages communicate causes, constraints, and recovery steps.
