Intro
A long ignored issue
At OEC, product design used to focus solely on visual and interaction layers. We fine tuned our layout, components, and flows - while content design was fragmented and inconsistent. We had multiple designers writing the messages, thus had inconsistency in tone, grammar and the words we used for the same action. Sometimes the insturctions and feedbacks are unclear as well.
